SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts on December 10, 2013, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 4, 2014, at 9:59:59 AM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official clock of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years and older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Ignite Social Media, Get Super Rad LLC, Administrator and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their respective immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, an individual who meets the eligibility requirements and enters the Sweepstakes (individually “Entrant” and collectively “Entrants”) agrees to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and that the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible Entrant will visit trackingalegend.com (“Website”), log in to his or her Facebook account (or create an account if he or she does not already have one) and accept the Facebook permissions request. The Entrant must “Like” the Ram Trucks Facebook page if he or she does not already “Like” the page. The Entrant must then follow the onscreen prompts to register for the Sweepstakes (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed).

To gain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, an Entrant must find and collect all eight (8) pieces of evidence found on various social media sites and advertisements located throughout the World Wide Web (individually a “Clue Site” and collectively “Clues Sites”). As set forth below, the Entrant must go to a Clue Site, find and click on the evidence, which will then open the Website and confirm that the evidence has been found. Hints will be posted on the Website to aid Entrants. Previous posted evidence may be found at any time during the Promotion Period. Clues will be first posted in accordance with the following schedule:

PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $25,000 check (“Grand Prize”). The ARV of the Grand Prize is $25,000. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

Second Prize (1): The Second Prize Winner will receive a trip for two people, the Second Prize Winner and one guest (“Guest”), for five (5) days/four (4) nights to Scotland, United Kingdom (“Second Prize”). The Second Prize trip includes round-trip coach class airfare from a major gateway airport near the Second Prize Winner’s residence to Edinburgh, Scotland; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion; and round-trip ground transportation from Edinburgh Airport. In addition, the Second Prize Winner will receive a $2,200 check. The ARV of the Second Prize is $9,500. The actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Only one (1) Second Prize will be awarded.

Third Prize (1): The Third Prize Winner will receive a trip for two people, the Third Prize Winner and one Guest, for five (5) days/four (4) nights to Atlantis, Bahamas (“Third Prize”). The Third Prize trip includes round-trip coach class airfare from a major gateway airport near the Third Prize Winner’s residence to Atlantis, Bahamas; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion; and round-trip ground transportation from Nassau International Airport. In addition, the Third Prize Winner will receive a $1,900 check. The ARV of the Third Prize is $8,200. The actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Only one (1) Third Prize will be awarded.

Fourth Prize (1): The Fourth Prize Winner will receive a trip for two people, the Fourth Prize Winner and one Guest, for five (5) days/four (4) nights to Seattle, Washington (“Fourth Prize”). The Fourth Prize trip includes round-trip coach class airfare from a major gateway airport near the Fourth Prize Winner’s residence to Seattle, Washington; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion; and round-trip ground transportation from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the hotel. In addition, the Fourth Prize Winner will receive a $1,400 check. The ARV of the Fourth Prize is $5,800. The actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Only one (1) Fourth Prize will be awarded.

General Provisions Regarding the Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prize: All Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prize (individually, “Trip Prize” and collectively, “Trip Prizes”) related travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor’s authorized designee. All Trip Prize-related travel must be taken on the designated dates and must be commenced before June 30, 2014, according to Sponsor’s directions, or the Trip Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Trip Prize Winner, time permitting, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each Trip Prize Winner and Guest will be required to travel on identical itineraries, including the same departure date and return date. All travel must be booked before March 31, 2014. Trip Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with a Trip Prize are not eligible for upgrades, frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets (including any event tickets or admission passes), travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once they are in the Trip Prize Winner’s or Guest’s possession. Travel must be round-trip. Sponsor will determine flight itinerary at its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier. If the Fourth Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of Seattle, Washington, Sponsor reserves the right to provide alternate travel arrangements in lieu of airfare and ground transportation to and from airport – any difference in the prize amount will not be awarded.

ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Sweepstakes is: $48,500.
