Tim Hortons Collect to win Hockey Contest
Eligibility
The Tim Hortons Collect to win Hockey Contest is only open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence or are thirteen (13) years of age or older, but under the age of majority in their province/territory of residence, and who have permission from their parent/legal guardian to participate in this Contest.
Timing
The Tim Hortons Collect to win Hockey Contest ends on November 2 at 9:59:59 p.m. ET.
How to participate
There are three (3) ways to participate in the In-restaurant Aspect, as follows:
(a) Eligible Purchase: During the In-restaurant Aspect Period, guests at participating Tim Hortons locations in Canada may purchase a specially-marked pack of Tim Hortons Collectors Series hockey trading cards, while supplies last, for either: 1) $1.00 CAD with the purchase of any beverage, excluding espresso; or 2) $1.99 CAD without the purchase of a beverage.
(b) Mail-in Request: To obtain a FREE Card Pack and/or a copy of these Rules, legibly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address on a single 3X5 piece of paper and mail it in an envelope to: 2016 Tim Hortons Collect To Win Hockey Contest, Tim Hortons Redemptions, 4311 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC, V5G 1J3. Mail-in Requests must be postmarked by the end of the In-restaurant Aspect Period, and only those received by November 15 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET will be eligible.
(c) Instant Win Card Pack Prize: If you are confirmed as an Instant Win Card Pack Prize winner in connection with the Online Aspect, you will receive one (1) Card Pack.
Prizes
(a) Instant Win Free Wedges after 5pm Prize: There will be one hundred thousand (100,000) instant win Free Wedges after 5pm Prizes. Each Instant Win Free Wedges after 5pm Prize consists of one (1) one-time use coupon, which can be redeemed for one (1) free wedges after 5pm at a participating Tim Hortons restaurant location. In respect of each Instant Win Free Wedges after 5pm Prize, the confirmed winner will receive one (1) Coupon for his/her use, which will also include instructions regarding how to claim the Coupon. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Instant Win Free Wedges after 5pm Prize is: $1.99 CAD.
(b) Instant Win Card Pack Prize: There will be twenty thousand (20,000) instant win free Card Pack prizes. Each Instant Win Card Pack Prize consists of one (1) Card Pack. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Instant Win Card Pack Prize is: $1.99 CAD.
(c) Tim Card Prizes: There will be two hundred (200) Tim Card prizes. Each Tim Card Prize consists of a $100 CAD Tim Card.
(d) Shop.NHL.com Prizes: There will be one hundred and fifty (150) Shop.NHL.com prizes. Each Shop.NHL.com Prize consists of a $300 CAD Shop.NHL.com Gift Card.
(e) EA SPORTS NHL 17 PlayStation 4 Prize Pack: There will be one hundred (100) EA SPORTS NHL 17 PlayStation 4 Prize Packs. Each EA SPORTS NHL 17 PlayStation 4 Prize Pack consists of one (1) PlayStation 4 Game Console and one (1) copy of EA SPORTS NHL17 Video Game for PlayStation 4. The ARV of each EA SPORTS NHL 17 PlayStation 4 Prize Pack is $450 CAD.
(f) NHL All-Star Game Prize: There will be five (5) NHL All-Star Game prizes. Each NHL All-Star Game Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles to watch the 2017 NHL All-Star Game and NHL All-Star Skills Competition and one (1) $1,000 CAD pre-paid credit card. Each NHL All-Star Game Prize has an approximate retail value of $8,000 CAD, based on a Toronto hypothetical departure point example.
(g) Hockey Card Prizes: There will be twenty-five (25) Hockey Card prizes. Each Hockey Card Prize consists of a specially-packaged full collection of the physical Tim Hortons NHL Upper Deck Hockey Cards. It is impossible to establish an ARV for the Hockey Card Prizes.
