ELIGIBILITY: The TruMoo Halloween Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (except for Colorado & where prohibited) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

TIMING: The TruMoo Halloween Sweepstakes ends on November 15 at 11:59:59 a.m. PT.
